Ecoliva Property Services provides property care, cleaning, and rental preparation services in Alicante and Murcia.

1. Services

All services are provided based on individual property needs. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing property size, condition, and requested services.

2. Pricing

Prices are guidelines only. A final quote will always be provided before the service.

3. Payment

Payment is due immediately after completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge.

5. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time. Delays may affect service availability.

6. Liability

Ecoliva Property Services takes care when performing services.
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours after service completion.

7. Additional Services

Extra services (such as laundry, grocery shopping, or deep cleaning) are charged separately and must be agreed in advance.

8. Force Majeure

Ecoliva Property Services is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond control (weather, access issues, etc.).
